Grandaddy's Boy

It's official...Brett is Grandaddy's boy. Mom had oral surgery done today so after school we picked up her meds and took them to her. Brett has always taken to Grandaddy. I think he hears the tone of his voice really well. Usually, Brett grins really big when he sees him and leans forward for Dad to hold him. This afternoon, he went straight to Grandaddy. Mom really wanted to hold him so she held out her hands for him to come to her. Brett turned his head away from Mom and held on to Dad's face. Mom was so upset. I decided that I would try it and he did the same thing to his OWN Mommy!!! I was also very upset!!

I decided to try something different...I held Brett and Dad held out his arms to hold him. Brett dove in for Dad!! Then I tried to get him back again and he would not come to me.

One day, he's really going to need Mom or me, but until then....I guess he'll choose Grandaddy!

Even Brett got into the fun!!

But the two that had the most fun, maybe even more than the girls, was Blake and Noah. Blake had been dreading having to go to Bryson's girl party. Noah came along so that he could come home with Blake to play!

After the girls got out of the foot spa, Blake and Noah asked if they could soak their feet!!

Since they were enjoying it so much, we put hats and boas on them. They found some teen magazines and started reading. They were cracking up at some of the pictures!!! These will be some great blackmail shots and may look good in their senior ads!!

And the Grandaddies??? They sat around and entertained Brett!

Brett gave it up sight before the party ended. I love this picture! He is holding both of grandaddy's thumbs!

And for the Grandmomma's...well, both of them have put in for their own spa party for their next birthday!! They had fun helping with the girls and Brett!!

And Brett, as always, has a good time wherever he goes!!

Spa Party (Part 2)

After the girls got relaxed and made up, they changed clothes again for the fashion show. Each girl chose a "glamour" outfit and walked down the runway before taking a spin on the stage. Here is Bryson in her outfit:

Everyone was hungry after such a busy morning so we sang "Happy Birthday" to Bryson and she blew out her candles!

At 12:30, the clock struck midnight and the party was over. The girls sang karaoke and danced in the bubbles.

Bryson turns 5 with a Hannah Montana Spa Party! (Part 1)

I can't believe that our little girl has turned 5! Bryson spent Friday (her actual birthday) throwing up with a stomach bug. Poor thing! She felt rotten. I was worried about her for Saturday's party, but she woke up raring to go and feeling better! Her party was at E-Z Parties in Pooler.

When the girls arrived, they had to pick out a robe to change in to so they could get ready for the fashion show.

The place was set up beautifully with different stations for the girls to go to. There was a pedicure station, nail station, makeup station, karaoke sation, make your own bath salt, make your own body gel and design a bag. Here are some pictures of the place before the party started.
