to dye Easter eggs!
There is just something about dyeing eggs that everyone enjoys! Mom and I boiled 24 eggs. That would be 8 for each child. We did not count Brant and Rick, so not everyone got 8.
Blake and Brant got out the big tools.
Blake wasn't patient enough to let his eggs sit, but Bryson was.
Brett suggested putting rubber bands around the eggs because that is what they did in his class. The only ones we could find were Bryson's loom bracelet bands and they did not stay on the eggs.
Blake begged me to boil more eggs but there were no more to be boiled! We will have to wait until next year!

And lastly......Brant's creation and the real reason that we celebrate Easter!
On a quick side note.....look who found one of the golden eggs at the class Easter egg hunt.....
